Terms and Conditions

• Prices are subject to change.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance payable on arrival.
• All bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival date require full payment.
• Late arrival or early departure, for any reason whatsoever, will not entitle the Lessee to a reduction on the total rental quoted.
• On confirmed bookings the following cancellation policy applies:-
  • Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival - 30% cancellation fee
  • Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival and no-shows 100%
